This 1969 Porsche 911T is the first to be produced at the Stuttgart Germany plant, as evidenced by the serial number 119100001. This example is the first of 343 long wheelbase 911T’s to be built in the Zuffenhausen factory. The Kardex shows production began on Sept. 6, 1968 and was completed Oct. 5, 1968. The car is located in Pinehurst, NC and comes with a clean, North Carolina title. The Kardex and COA are shown in the gallery.

The car was first sold through Brumos Porsche in Jacksonville, FL. It has had two owners prior to the current owner, who acquired the car in 1982. The car is finished in Dark Red Metallic with a tan and black interior. Power is from a numbers matching 2.0 liter flat six mated to a numbers matching 5 speed transaxle. The car features Comfort Seats, Fuchs wheels, and a Blaupunkt AM/FM radio.

It has been with the current owner since 1982 and shows approximately 61,000 miles.

In 2016, the engine was professionally disassembled, inspected, and resealed. The paint was also refreshed. Some original paint is still present. The owner states, “An extreme effort was made to preserve the originality of the car.  All the parts were cleaned, inspected, repaired if needed, polished and reinstalled.  Keeping the original parts unique to this car was the only option considered”.

The door plate shows the color code of 6854, a 1968 special order Metallic Dark Red.

This Porsche was ordered with the optional Comfort Package interior. And is finished in tan and black leather.

Power is delivered from a numbers matching 2.0 Liter engine through a 5 speed transaxle. The engine was disassembled, inspected, and reassembled in 2016. The engine compartment retains the original sound deadening pad which is intact.

Additional pictures of the undercarriage are available in the gallery.

Good morning Ralph,
I have emailed with Bill from Classic Vehicle Auctions and asked him if he shared my contact info with you so you could reach out to me.
He said he has because I was the high bidder on the 911 you are selling.
Could you please email or call me so I can understand how far apart we are.
Thanks,
Lee

Please contact me about the car. Thanks.

Flat6_ says:

How can I contact you to see the vehicle in person?

Seller Ralph says:

No accidents other than a run in with a dog. The area around the battery compartment on the drivers side had the normal rust issue which was repaired. The shocks and struts are original and they do not function properly. They need to be rebuilt, but they are the correct ones with the 1968 date code. Everything on the car except for one oil hose has the 1968 date code.

Flat6_ says:

Has the vehicle been in an accidents ?
Any known issues?

Is there a reserve on this auction?

CVA Admin says:

Yes there is a reserve price. We do not publish reserve prices.

Seller Ralph says:

Sure, that could be arranged. Thanks

If the vehicle doesn’t sell, any chance I could stop by to check it out on Sat., June 16? I live in Mooresville, NC and am visiting my buddy who is stationed at Ft. Bragg and lives in Pinehurst.
